The Flood

Tonght we went for a bike ride and Spadina road was so backed up you couldn't go anywhere. There were so many people checking out the flooded river and wier (well, lack there of), it was a gong show to even get though. IT was kinda neat for all 2 seconds we saw it, but personally I don't think one needs to make a whole night outing of it. The whole city came out to see this "attraction." Sad I know.

Some old man ran into Vad while biking. He told him off. It was amusing to say the least.

Mount Record

So Tonight I am arranging furniture around the pad and I had to unload this cabinet of records here. I realized that for a long period of time I was just buying records to fill the need to having them (in a physical sense.) This comes to the point that a lot of the stuff I bought is complete garbage, but all in all, has a use in the collection. I always rediscover new & old sounds and find the hidden jems mixed in.

I am sure I spent enough on them to buy a really sweet car, but I don't regret spending a single dollar...Except maybe on the "UK Hard House" shite. That's it.

Its pretty sad when you are looking for new music to buy and you have no clue if you already have it. I always wonder how some people can live without it or just "listen to the radio." You find that the most intriguing people have the most intricate, brilliant music background.

I have some pretty wicked fiends for friends.
